The winemaker
A sunny terroir
Belonging to the Provence vineyards, the Mediterranean climate, both hot and sunny and dry and cold, ensures optimal ripening of the fruit. The soils on the Roucas Toumba estate are diverse (from limestone sands to clay slopes), explaining the great richness of the grape varieties grown here (Vieux Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc etc.).
The wines of Roucas Toumba
The estate offers white, rosé and red wines. The white cuvée, called "Les Prémices", is a blend of six grape varieties for a very spring-like taste. In the reds, the "Les Grands chemins" wine is fully blended at harvest, creating a complex taste, while "Les Restanques de Cabassole" is much lighter.
