In a few words ...

Vinification: mechanical harvesting and sorting at reception. Vinified in temperature-controlled concrete vats. 25-day vatting period. Filtered and bottled on the estate. Aging: Made exclusively from free-run juice, the wine is aged for 2 years in concrete tanks. The wine is lightly filtered before being bottled on the estate. The wines are then aged for 1 year in our cellar before being sold.
