Vinification: Harvested by hand at advanced ripeness. Sorting at reception. Vinified in temperature-controlled concrete vats. Vatting period of 3 weeks. Carbonic maceration for the Syrah. Aging: Made exclusively from free-run juice, the wine is aged for 18 months in new barrels. Barrels are selected according to cooper, wood origin and toasting. The wine is bottled unfiltered, then aged in our cellars for a minimum of 3 years.

The nose is intense and aromatic. Notes of red fruit jam, toast, cocoa and pepper.

Taste
