Cuvée Grand Marrenon comes from parcels of vines with exceptional terroirs. They are selected from the best terroirs, located on the stony clay-limestone slopes of the Luberon, naturally giving low yields of 30 hl/ha. The vines are over 30 years old. A blend of Grenache, Roussane, Vermentino and Clairette. A wine of great elegance to be forgotten in your cellar.

Appearance
Pale yellow with silver highlights.
Aroma
The palette is floral and fruity, with nuances of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) complemented by notes of yellow peaches. The woodiness is light and well-integrated.

The palate develops a balanced texture with notes of melted wood and honey. The whole is frisky with a good fatness relayed by an acidic support of beautiful brilliance. The finish reveals toasty, vanilla notes.

Luberon
The appellation Luberon is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Marrenon and its 21 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
