Fossilized scallop shells abound in the terroirs at the foot of the Grand Luberon: clues to the presence of warm, shallow er, rich in animal life, 20 million years ago in the Luberon. The limestone terroirs of these vineyards make this cuvée a truly expressive wine.
Appearance
The color is straw yellow with silver highlights.
Aroma
The nose is intense and complex. It reveals nuances of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit and a milky, milk-caramel woodiness. Spices and infusion notes add to the aromatic complexity.
