The winemaker

From 1929 to 1977 => The winery has dedicated its investments in the expansion of its buildings and its fermenting capacity to meet growing production.     From 1986 to 1996 => investment was spent on the modernization of cellar equipment for better management of wine with the acquisition:         a cooling unit provided with an automatic system for regulating the temperature of the tanks.         7 elite tanks and 3 pneumatic presses, to produce rosé and white quality.     1989 => Realization of the wine shop.     From 1997 to today: In order to meet consumer demand, in terms of quality and traceability of wines, the winery has turned its efforts upstream with:         The establishment of a system of payment varying according to the quality of the grapes.         The acquisition of IT tools for tracking the vineyard.         Achieving logbook to monitor the technical route grapes. For nearly eighty years, the winery has had a policy of expansion adapting to better the evolution of the wine world. In the near future, the winery is considering investments:     by equipping a new computer software to track grape production to processing to marketing.     by investing in a new generation of wastewater treatment plant more efficient in order to preserve our environment. This is in progress and will be operational in the 2004 harvest.
