The winemaker

Little Red Dress is primarily the result of a meeting. That of a little girl winegrowers Vaucluse, which far vineyards began his career in the world of fashion, and a dynamic young winemaker, heir to a family estate, established in Alsace for nearly 300 years. Little Red Dress comes from the borders of Provence des Papes, the Haut-Vaucluse exactly where vineyards, olive groves and pine forests make up the landscape. This is about the town of Villedieu, a small medieval village perched on a hill, this family has 6 ha of vines planted for some for nearly 50 years. The vines are grown on clay-limestone terrain well exposed hillsides overlooking more than 200 m and from organic farming for optimum quality in the deep respect of this privileged land. This wine is "organic" which means it is produced from grapes from organic agriculture but also according to specific and rigorous winemaking rules to provide the authentic expression of its terroir.
