    Freshness and mellow tannins! This Syrah is very well-balanced. Harvested when sugars and tannins are ripe, de-stemmed, macerated for 3 weeks, then aged in barrel for 9 months. Traditional pumping-over during the fermentation phase, followed by racking during barrel ageing.
