The winemaker

The History of Saint Peter's Farm

The Saint Pierre Farm estate is managed by Paul Vendran. When he inherited the family estate in 1990, he decided to exploit its full potential and offer wines that would honor the terroir of his region. His gamble paid off, with fruity and spicy wines that are highly appreciated.

The Saint Pierre Farm vineyard

The vineyard of the Saint Pierre Farm extends at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, on 25 hectares. It climbs to an altitude of 400 meters. The soil is mostly composed of limestone scree on sandstone.

The estate is conducted in the most artisanal way possible, in order to preserve nature. Since 2013, it is certified organic. The grape harvests are of course manual. The grape variety is composed of Sauvignon, Muscat, Chardonnay and Viognier.

The wines of Ferme Saint Pierre

Pipi d'Ange - white wine

Saint Pierre Farm's Pipi d'Ange is known for being a very smooth wine with a sweet and fruity taste. The wine is named after Paul Vendran's son, Ange. The robe of Pipi d'Ange is golden and particularly bright. The nose offers a very diversified aromatic palette, going from white peach to exotic fruits. Notes of honey mingle with the fruit, as well as floral evocations.

The mouth is intense. It is distinguished by a tenuous balance between acidity and mellowness. Its finish is long and persistent, remaining round and greedy until the end.

Cuvée Juliette Rosé - AOC Ventoux

After the son, Ange, here is the daughter, Juliette to whom this rosé cuvée is dedicated. It belongs to the AOC Ventoux. This light and fruity wine is composed of 100% Grenache. It has a luminous pink color with silver reflections.

The nose is intense, similar to a basket of greedy and varied fruits. The palate is fresh and voluminous. Cuvée Juliette is the perfect wine for summer aperitifs and barbecues.

Veronique Cuvée - Ferme Saint Pierre - IGP Vaucluse without sulfites

The Véronique vintage from Ferme Saint Pierre is made entirely of Syrah. We stay in the Vendran family with Véronique, Paul's wife and mother of Ange and Juliette. The wine belongs to the IGP Vaucluse.

Cuvée Véronique is organically grown of course, but vinified without added sulfites. It stands out from the other wines of the domain by an explosion of black fruit and spice flavors. It displays a beautiful, yet luminous black color.

The nose is intense and expresses the typicality of Syrah, with the exacerbated presence of small black fruits and peppery spices. The mouth is round and offers smooth tannins. The whole gives the wine a greedy character that suits the platters of cold meats as an aperitif and the grills of barbecues.
