Red wines of great complexity.   Our Côte Rôtie is a red wine with protected designation of origin, produced in the towns of Ampuis and Tupin and Semons, on the right bank, near the city of Vienna and 35 km south of Lyon.   This is one of the most prestigious wines of the vineyards of the Rhone valley located further north of it.   He is particularly known because of its steep hillsides with high slope (up 60%) and its stone walls retaining the earth.   The name refers to Côte Rôtie exposure enjoyed by these sloping soils.   Our Côte Rôtie is made from Syrah grapes and a small percentage of Viognier in some vintages.
