The winemaker

In 1992, we took over buildings belonging to the grandfather (uninhabited for 18 years). We begin now with 0.50 ha of vine wine organic farming sector amphorestable, then only family property. We took over 3ha of vines in rentals. Then we gradually replant land nearby. In total we planted 5.6 hectares of vineyards from 1992 to 2012, 70% of the area we currently operate. The field includes not only the young vines, since we rent vines planted before the 70s. From our facility, the goal was to work in organic farming. We practiced different techniques of cultivation, size of the maintenance of the vineyard. And it is in 2002 that we decided to obtain certification from Ecocert.
