The winemaker

The vineyard has been certified organic since 2024, and cultivation methods are adapted to the needs of the vines: agropastoralism, controlled grassing with plant cover, gentle pruning, partial work with draught horses. Planted by Kakuji Kaneko and his descendants, and later by Sabrina and Xavier, the Côtes du Rhône and Village PDO vines have been thriving in ideal conditions since 1930. Our wines are vinified and matured in our recently restored winery, using plot selection and hand-picking to select the finest bunches. Sabrina works with passion and technique, paying attention to the smallest details to produce authentic wines with character and no oenological make-up: the very expression of the quintessence of our terroir.
