Nestled between the Dentelles and the giant of Provence, Vineyards Reverie enjoy rich and unique terroirs. great wine producers, our AOC Ventoux wines represent the knowledge of a region with exceptional terroir. Fruit of exceptional quality Earth, bathed in that specific climate of Vaucluse, the vineyards Reverie receive attentive cultivation and a wine of passion, tradition and modernism. Our wines are well representative of the character of their land, rich, noble, and with some character.  Our wines AOC Ventoux, will give you pleasure. Good tasting ! Claude ROUX passionate about the region and its soil, was to create the heart of Vineyard Reverie to offer the best of its production, represented by the Ventoux vines very worked on the fruit. You will find here its best wines including the excellent "Vieilles Vignes" in Ventoux. It is not only the wine you'll gain but a passion, a knowledge and love of a job well done. The wines are made from old vines, most of which are over 30 years and with the traditional grapes of the Rhone Valley (Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault). The reasons are best harvested at maturity with a traditional maceration aging in 10 days tank. The strong personality of Domaine wine is the combination of a very specific climate (lots of sunshine throughout the year, cool summer nights, ventilation naturally by the Mistral), a careful tillage and a slow vinification for wines that express the typical characteristics of the terroir through the notes of red fruit (currants, blackberries, cherries, ...) and even jam accents.
