The winemaker

For almost 80 years our family has worked the vineyards of this land, and already three generations have passed the winemaker passion and experience, continuing the tradition of renewal. Ready to continue the winemaking tradition, Vivian Cruzel bring a revival that symbolizes the construction in 2005 of the cellar of Domaine de l'Aure, where winemaking equipment is more modern (stainless steel tanks, tube heat exchanger ...) and more traditional ( Oak barrels). Thus, the latest winemaking techniques are used by Michael and Vivian to sublimate the quality of our bays and our land. Tradition and modernity come together; our thoughts on insulation and energy saving, research on the use of renewable energies are combined with the integration of the traditional building in the landscape and we approach the High Environmental Quality standards. Our family vineyard, the Domaine the Aure thus part of the continuity of a magnificent history to develop with passion great modern wines while preserving nature; to build wealth in a healthy environment, "Terra Vitis" to transmit, yet, our future generations ...
