The winemaker

In the 1970s, Martine CLERC and Michel CHOUVET, both descendants of several generations of farmers, joined forces: they shared the same love of the land and developed a real passion for vines. Over the years, they enlarged the family estate, which was spread over six different communes, and built their own winery in 1989. They became "independent winegrowers" and marketed their wines under the Domaine de FONTAVIN brand.
