The winemaker

This imposing massif of limestone is decorated with variegated species, oaks, Aleppo pine, cedar, boxwood, olive and garrigue scents. Vasco Perdigao acquired of Chamfort wine area in 2010. He vinified several years in the breathtaking vineyards of Côtes du Rhône northern. But it is south of the Rhone valley he likes, Vasco Perdigao agreed to settle winemaker. Seduced by the beauty of the scenery offered Montmirail and its crater, so here it is the field of orders Chamfort Léorat with Sonia, his companion. Vasco Perdigao prints his work philosophy: "We are fortunate to have a vineyard extremely varied terroirs. We seek to recreate their authenticity in our wines. To achieve this, we strive to preserve intact the finesse and the fruit of our grapes. "Interventions estate vineyard Chamfort are essentially mechanical to prevent invasions of weeds. The fertilizer inputs are limited to organic fertilizer, sulfur and copper to prevent disease. In the cellar, Vasco conducting long maceration to extract the soft grape juice.
