The winemaker
Domaine Chambeyron has been owned from father to son since Chambeyron Jean-Marie in 1895.
In 1978, Christophe and his son Maurice began planting vines in the Côtes du Rhône appellation.
In 1985, the first Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie vines were planted by Bernard. Pascale, his wife, joins the business to welcome customers to the cellar.
In 2010, Mathieu joined the family domaine with a project to restore a Côte-Rôtie hillside in the Chavaroche area of Ampuis.
Domaine Chambeyron owns 5 hectares of vines in the following appellations:
- Côte-Rôtie in the commune of Ampuis,
- Condrieu, in the commune of Condrieu
- Côtes du Rhône, Vin de pays Viognier and Syrah on the heights of Ampuis
