The winemaker

Domaine Cécile Chassagne, a superfcie of 1.60 hectares, was established in 1998. It is located in the heart of the Dentelles in terraces on clay and limestone soil on top of the place called "The Will ", about 300 meters. The vines were planted by his father Jean-Claude Chassagne in 1970. The vineyard consists of the following varietals: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah. The harvest is done manually, and the wine making is traditional, made from an entire harvest.
