The winemaker

Since 2012, Alexandre and Valentin joined their parents without forgetting Roger Pape, 90 in 2015 and still on the tractor. Located between the Massif of Uchaux and Lez plains on clay and limestone soil, we have 16 hectares planted with 7 red grapes and white grapes 4. Our vines are between 10 and 60 years older have very limited performance. A major part of our harvest is manual and we also have a small grape harvesting machine, in order to always harvest our grapes mature. Our vinification is traditional for red and very innovative for whites and rosés. With temperature control and tangential filtration for sweet wines. The barrel aging for some prestige brands, allow us to offer you top wines range and long aging. The sun and the Mistral give us generous and fruity wines. Nothing beats a tasting, so soon !!!
