In a few words ...

Lucie Fourel wasn't destined to become a winemaker, despite having two winemaking parents. Passionate about languages, she began her career in international trade. Then, finally... she decided to return to the vineyard. She cut her teeth at vincent paris (in cornas), domaine prunier (auxey-duresses), château de la tuilerie (costières de nîmes) and clusel-roch (côte-rôtie), which was to remain one of her most memorable experiences. the domaine's philosophy is clear: to accompany the wines with a minimum of intervention in the vineyard or cellar: hand-picking, vinification with indigenous yeasts and a minimum of sulfur. The wines are all elegant, fruity and full of energy. The domaine continues to grow with the creation of several new cuvées: pitchounettes (a red cuvée from young vines), and the more concentrated parcel wines: saviaux and saint-jaimes.

Very pleasant Crozes, round and vigorous, with ripe fruit notes that remain in the 2nd rank, pleasant tannins, good length.
