In a few words ...
Harvested exclusively by hand. The grapes are then vinified in barrels (25% new oak). Alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly to preserve the finesse of the aromas. Aging in the same barrels as vinification lasts 12 months on fine lees.

Appearance
Pale gold color with silvery highlights.
Aroma
On the nose, this wine opens with notes of citrus, preserved lemon and bergamot, evolving towards yellow fruit and floral notes on a light woody background.
Taste
Dense and fruity on the palate, well-balanced between fatness and liveliness.

The appellation Crozes-Hermitage is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Romain Duvernay and its 47 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
