Very beautiful, deep, limpid and brilliant color. Morello cherry color with garnet highlights.

Aroma

Very pleasant nose, aromatic and fine. Fresh fruit, no woodiness. Aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry), spices (cinnamon, white pepper, licorice), flowers (violet), a hint of herbs (honeysuckle), hints of bacon and leather.

Taste

Very pleasant on the palate. Straightforward attack. Full, velvety body. Good vivacity. Slight woodiness. Good balance. The tannins are fairly intense, fine and well blended. Quite powerful on the palate, with finesse and integrated alcohol.
