Domaine Vincent Paris is located on the Chemin des Peyrouses, at the end of the village of Cornas. His Cornas, named after the slope of the vines, is made up of several blends of plots. Granit 30°, this wine comes from young vines (on average 12 years old) located on granitic slopes with a 30% gradient, notably in the Mazards area. A deep red color, with notes of black fruit and spices on the nose. Fruity, spicy and peppery on the palate, with well-coated tannins and good length. Discover it now! A great alternative to Côtes-Rotie! Yield: 36 hl/ha. The grapes are 100% destemmed. Cold maceration (12°C) for a week, followed by natural fermentation (no yeasting). Morning and evening, the vats are pumped over or racked as required. Aging: The wine spent 3 months in vats, then a year in oak barrels aged from 2 to 8 years. Malo is carried out in barrel.

The appellation Cornas is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine Vincent Paris and its 16 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
