The Château de Manissy: respect for the environment
At the Château de Manissy estate, wines are produced with respect for the environment. No chemicals are used, either in the vineyard or in the cellar. Reasoned agriculture is practiced. The vineyards are now biodynamically farmed.
The wines of Château de Manissy
The wines produced at the Château de Manissy estate have several appellations: Côtes du Rhône, Lirac, Tavel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Special cuvées are also produced: an orange wine and another containing very little alcohol.
