A wine of great density, richness, structure, depth and aromatic complexity, it is built to last... the 2012 is grandiose and can be enjoyed perfectly today, with stewed red and black fruits, underlined by spices, and a beautifully chiselled tannic structure. 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting notes
Appearance
The color is of rare intensity, a splendid near-black with violet highlights.
Aroma
The nose is fruity with notes of blackcurrant and prune, spicy with licorice and chocolate, and then takes us into the undergrowth with notes of mushroom, moss and leather.
Taste
La bouche est ample, explosive, chaleureuse. Les tanins, l'alcool et l'acidité sont équilibrés dans une puissance certaine. On retrouve les notes fruitées et une superbe finale aux fragrances de café.
