The winemaker

The Sevigne-Conty Estate is a reflection of the character of its soils microphones: Saphre, limestone and clays and the age of the vineyard: upper age average of 40 years. In the tradition of respect for the environment, soil and grape varieties, we strive to produce high quality grapes in controlled yields, guarantee the foundations of a great wine. From vineyard to the winery, we strive to respect the grapes with total control of maturity of each plot, a manual harvesting to make natural assemblages during the collection phase and then sorted in accordance with the control of fruit temperatures up inert pressing phase to prevent oxidation of the grain. This process control allows you to discover a large unconventional Provence rosé to propose a new style.
