The winemaker

Respect of the soil, the vine and the environment, as is the conductive line La Ferme des Lices. Because it was difficult to grow such small parcels of vines, to develop the potential at fair value, hidden vineyards of Provence began to fall into oblivion ... In 2002, the owner decided to change this sad destiny and restore its field with the help of professionals. It's Laurence Berlemont who is behind this project "Farm of the Strings." Agricultural engineer, graduated from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon, winemaker ENSA Montpellier taster for the International Olive Oil Council since 2001, Expert Foncier Agricole since 2008, Laurence Berlemont moved as a consultant in 1995, dedicated viticultural and enological Council and to olive growing. Then, when she hears of these vines would be lost, she began to save what will become the Ferme des Lices. Today a small group of eight owners decided to combine their six vineyards and their two groves. It is in the vineyard begins the search for quality. The area of ​​the Strings Farm opted for organic farming and obtained the organic label for the vintage 2013. This choice is primarily a philosophy.
