Our Cuvée Eole, made from 100% Sauvignon grapes, is a concentrate of freshness. This grape variety, rare in Provence, enjoys growing and producing beautiful bunches on the banks of the stream that runs through some of our plots. This gives our Eole cuvée freshness and suppleness.
