A human adventure rooted in traditional Provence

Under the good auspices of the Sainte Victoire mountain, Nadia and Serge took over the domain of his grandfather in 2008. They surrounded themselves with dynamic and motivated men and women among whom we find Denis Gueury with whom they teamed up from the beginning. This is how the cellar and the oil mill of Terre de Mistral were born. It is above all a human adventure marked by emotion, sharing and passion.

Thus, thanks to the hard work of a close-knit and proactive team, Terre de Mistral now distributes its wines to many prestigious wine shops and restaurants throughout France and in more than ten countries abroad. Their values have also allowed them to extend their activity to wine tourism and to welcome visitors who are fond of new gustatory discoveries.

A terroir source of innovative wines

Spread over some sixty hectares and benefiting from the Provencal climate, hot and dry thanks to the generous sun, Terre de Mistral represents an ideal ecosystem for the cultivation of the vine and the optimal ripening of the berries. On the foothills of the mountain, facing south, this fabulous climate allows the elaboration of authentic products of great quality.

Nadia and Serge advocate a sustainable agriculture where respect for the environment and human health and the preservation of natural resources are paramount. The couple employs techniques similar to integrated viticulture, including the elimination of certain inputs such as chemical herbicides, water saving through drip irrigation, and the implementation of measures to promote biodiversity.

This vineyard culture allows Terre de Mistral to offer red, white and rosé wines also thanks to the plurality of the cultivated grape varieties - Grenache, Carignan, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, Collombar, ... Thus are born elegant and fresh vintages bearing the names of you and me: Mireille, Antoine, Pauline, Simone, ...

An activity that extends beyond viticulture

Terre de Mistral's business does not stop at viticulture, however, and is actually quite diversified. Indeed, Denis Gueury is also very attached to the culture of olive trees and produces his own olive oil. He cultivates ancestral varieties rich in aromas such as the Aglandau, the Salonenque, or the Cayanne.

Terre de Mistral also offers a restaurant service where traditional and Provencal cuisine is mixed with fresh and quality products. An excellent opportunity to discover the vintages of the house thanks to the proposed food and wine pairings. Finally, the property offers seminars, guided tours and tastings, both of wine and olive oil, for the curious and amateurs.
