The winemaker

The Domaine Saint Pancrace vineyard


Covering 19 hectares of organically grown vines, Domaine Saint Pancrace owes much of its richness to the diversity of its soils. The many grape varieties that thrive here (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Clairette, Vermentino and Cinsaut) have plenty of time to flourish in the limestone-sandstone-clay soils that give them all their character, before passing into the expert hands of Noémie Guez.

The wines of Domaine Saint Pancrace


Domaine Saint Pancrace produces 5 AOP wines in a variety of tones. These include the rosé Sainte Victoire, floral and peppery, and the fruitier Côtes de Provence. Côtes de Provence is also produced in white, balanced and spicy, as well as in red, like Sainte-Victoire, delicate and powerful.
