A Original Terroir Geologically the area Milan is like any great terroir, resulting from the meeting of a mountain 'Alpilles' creating a gradient conducive to originality of land and an exceptional climate made of a Mediterranean influence tempered by a relative cool. Blue marl on limestone scree field for Milan. For the Clos Milan bass mixed with sea sand Quaternary. The influence of Vintner The sensitivity as much as the likes of Henry allowed the field to create original and complex wines where the harmony of varieties connected by land, gives a finesse and a "grain" that can not be found in Burgundy. Finally, the wines are treated with the utmost delicacy in order to give a feeling of fullness in their tasting. Never filtration, transport by a pump asymmetrical rollers, a bottling by siphon. Wine in Freedom This is wine, like all exceptional products given by nature and the genius of man, the result of a unique plant: the vine.
