The winemaker
The Domaine De Rimauresq enjoys a microclimate
Domaine De Rimauresq is made up of a crystalline clay-schist terroir. Some parts are stony and sandy. This combination of different terroirs within a single parcel, combined with the microclimate, makes Domaine De Rimauresq unique. In fact, this microclimate is a unique feature of the Côtes du Rhône AOC. The wines are produced in a modern, semi-underground cellar. Grapes are harvested by gravity.
The wines of Domaine De Rimauresq
Nine grape varieties make up the Rimauresq vineyard: Rolle for whites, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, Ugni-blanc for rosés and Cabernet-Sauvignon, Carignan, Syrah and Grenache for reds. The estate excels in all three wine colors thanks to the diversity of its terroirs. In this vineyard, everything is done to preserve the best of the grapes.
