Full-bodied on the palate, with elegant tannins marked by subtle barrel ageing and good length. Good ageing potential for this racy wine. 50% mourvèdre, 50% syrah. Biodynamic viticulture, manual harvest, fermentation in two-wine demi-muid, use of indigenous yeasts, classic vinification, barrel ageing, blending, light filtration, clay soils, clay-limestone soils, schist soils.
