Château ClarettesEstimated delivery between 27 and Dec 31,
Our Vincèn cuvée is a concentrate of Provence. It's made from a blend of our oldest Cinsault (1939) and Syrah (1955) vines. The Cinsault gives it lightness and fruitiness, while the Syrah adds richness and complexity. The old age of the vines produces a cuvée with very supple tannins, lower yields and highly concentrated aromas. We divide the blend into 3 parts: the first is aged in clay amphora, the second in sandstone egg, and the third in French oak, all for 10 months. The result is sumptuous!
