Château Roubine is a Côtes-de-Provence classified growth. In the early 14th century, the estate belonged to the Templar order, and in homage to this chivalric era, their coat of arms is engraved on the bottles. The fruit of a long winegrowing history, Château Roubine became a Cru Classé in 1955. Since 1994, the property has belonged to Valérie Rousselle, a passionate winegrower who also owns Château Sainte-Béatrice. The vineyard is run using integrated farming methods. The color is a light salmon-pink, with gray highlights. The nose has lovely floral notes. The palate expresses finesse, with red berries and a pleasant freshness. This high-quality, typically Provencal rosé combines modern winemaking techniques with regional traditions.
