Cultivation Ploughing, no chemical weedkillers, animal manuring, copper and sulfur treatments for 3 generations. Organic farming since 2005. Wine-making Hand-picked, the grapes are sorted and put directly into the press without crushing. Only a light pressing is carried out to obtain maximum delicacy and fragrance from the very heart of the grape. Tasting This delicate wine should be drunk at around 14°. A very pleasant aperitif. Perfect with white sauces, fish, smoked salmon, soufflés and Asian cuisine.
Appearance
The color is a pale, limpid rose petal.
Aroma
The nose reveals a very elegant bouquet with floral notes of honeysuckle, red berries and vine peach, underlined by a hint of licorice and pepper.

On the palate, the wine is smooth and fresh. The red fruit aromas develop with great delicacy. The persistent finish opens with a hint of garrigue and Provençal herbs.
