A very fine wine, which will change the minds of red wine lovers who are reluctant to drink rosés. I was afraid of a marketing stunt, but it worked. The nose is fruity (redcurrant) and reminiscent of smoked meat. The palate is very subtle. There's an animal side to it, with vegetal and fruity notes. A real pleasure, with a welcome dose of acidity.

1) It's a classic, and a trendy one at that!
But
2) it's a fresh wine, pleasant to drink, rather light but with a pleasant fruitiness.
and a pretty color (not faded, as is the fashion these days).
3) If you want to go to the trouble, you can find something just as good and a little cheaper!
More expensive and not necessarily better, no doubt!

This rosé is well-structured, fruity and aromatic, but many Provence rosés are just as good, and much cheaper!
