The combination of Syrah and Cabernet-Sauvignon produces a subtle, reserved wine. A long vatting period of 21 days extracts all the richness of this duo of grape varieties, vinified separately. A year's ageing in oak barrels will develop its great ageing potential. The carmine color reveals a slight amber tint. A nose of truffles, cinnamon and undergrowth. Elegant and round on the palate. Tannins are present but fine. The finish is full-bodied.
