Our Grande Cuvée blanc is a blend of Rolle and Clairette, with Rolle predominating. Half of the blend completes fermentation in French oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new, then matures on the lees for 10 months.

Pale golden yellow with silvery highlights.
Aroma
The nose is complex, combining aromas of yellow fruit and dried fruit, with hints of toast.
