Château Cavalier, acquired by the Castel family in 2000, was seduced by the charm of the vineyard and its clay terroirs, and offers well-balanced grapes. This large, light-filled vineyard is ideally situated between the Massif des Maures and the beginnings of the Haut Var Alps. Named after the stream that runs through it, it is distinguished by the aromatic minerality of its rosés.

A big YES for a great Provence rosé. Viney, complex, yet fresh, with a lovely, slightly spicy length. It's a rosé that's easy to enjoy as an aperitif, and a pleasure to accompany.
