Skin maceration for 3 to 4 hours and pressing. Fermentation at 13°C. Aged for 12 months, 50% in underground vats and 50% in fine-grained acacia and white mulberry barrels.

Appearance
Bright peach color.
Aroma
The nose is gourmand, with aromas of acacia honey and notes of dried apricot and candied melon. It is also fine, light and woody, with intense aromas of jasmine blossom.

Taste
Very good tension. Full-bodied and supple on the palate. Notes of ripe summer fruit and stewed fruit. The roundness of the wood brings a lovely hint of vanilla to the palate.
