Produced from a parcel of old Rolle (Vermentino Provençal) grapes grown on limestone marl, this rare cuvée stands out from the other whites of our region by its quest for the finest possible expression of the minerality of our terroir. With this in mind, the grapes are harvested, vinified and matured in the Burgundian manner.
