Organic and very good! Taste directly from the estate, which is a pearl of wine tourism in Provence. Vinification using the estate's indigenous yeasts gives this cuvée a little extra soul. A fine balance between freshness and opulence. A structure that goes perfectly with the estate's goat cheeses.
