The winemaker

The field No Cerf has seen eight generations of winemakers passionate since 1848. Gualtieri family, represented by Geneviève, Patrick and their three girls took the head of the field. The family works in respect of the past to better face the future of the vineyard. Patrick manages, Grenache, Cinsault and Tibouren for rosé, old Syrah and Mourvèdre vines for red. The 80 hectares spread on the slopes of the valley of the Londe les Maures. One of Castle's iconic elements of his Christ granite overlooking the vineyard. It was imported from Britain in 1956 to replace a wooden Christ burned during a thunderstorm.
