Château La Coste: a castle like no other

Château La Coste belongs to the commune of Le Puy Sainte Réparade, 15 kilometers from Aix-en- Provence. Visitors come for the wine, as well as for the art, as a path through the vines leads to works by contemporary artists. A luxury hotel, with individual villas, and a gourmet restaurant allow you to stop off and taste its Provence wines, whites, reds and rosés.

During the day, stroll through the vineyards, visit the vegetable garden, as well as the winery. The buildings are designed by great architects, and works of art are everywhere along the way. In the evening, you can take in a movie while lounging on the grass, or enjoy a concert in the Music Pavilion. The site is simply magnificent and benefits from the mild, clement climate of Provence.

The wines of Château La Coste

The range of Château La Coste wines is extensive. You'll find structured, accomplished wines for ageing, as well as fresher, lighter wines for drinking throughout the year, all equally expressive. Château La Coste wines come in all shapes and sizes: white, red and rosé, of course - this is Provence! The estate also offers La Bulle de La Coste, a sparkling wine produced using traditional methods. All cuvées are organic and express the generosity of the region's terroir.

Rosé wine from Château La Coste

Château La Coste's rosé wine is fresh, accompanied by flavors of citrus and small red berries. It's balanced and complex enough for rosé lovers. The nose is expressive and the palate round, with a long, fresh finish. Château La Coste rosé goes well with monkfish brochettes, grilled red mullet with eggplant confit and pissaladière with anchovies and sardines.

Chateau La Coste white wine

Château La Coste white wine is complex and powerful. Its nose is rich and you'll find aromas of candied fruit, white fruit, with fine lemony touches for Les Pentes Douces. If you choose the Grand Vin, you'll appreciate its fine minerality and fresh citrus notes. All our whites are fresh and full-bodied on the palate. In terms of cuisine, we recommend green asparagus with soft-boiled eggs, monkfish blanquette with lime or bouillabaisse provençale with wood-fired oven.

Red wine from Château La Coste

Château La Coste's red wine is dominated by red fruits and fine spices. It is structured, supple and well-balanced. Château La Coste's red wine is an ideal accompaniment to grilled meats with Provence herbs, chicken crepinette with ham and pot-au-feu, with an old-fashioned ravigote sauce.

Sparkling rosé wine from Château La Coste

La Bulle du Château La Coste can be served as an aperitif or with dessert. It offers a nose with an expressive bouquet of fruit and aromas of white and red fruits.
