The winemaker

Located by the sea, one can, of its hills, admire the city of Hyères les Palmiers, the Fort of and Porquerolles Island. The Castle is housed in the heart of a lush Mediterranean flora composed of palms, lemon, orange and eucalyptus, essentially. The vineyard covers, facing the sea, on 72 hectares of metamorphic rocks and hosts a diverse grape varieties: Grenache, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Syrah, Tibouren, Rolle, Semillon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, calladoc, carignan. Its vines are about 25 years of average age, which ensures our wines character and strength. The vinification, aging and bottling take place in a large cellar in one piece, equipped with the most modern equipment.
