Francis and Laurence Adam are the founders of Château Carpe Diem. The Philippon-Vilgrain family acquired the estate in 2013 with a view to getting back to basics in order to give meaning to their lives. Albéric and Marie Caroline took over the reins of this haven of peace surrounded by their three children in order to instill a spirit of transmission while respecting the strong values that drive them. Proud of their profession and the know-how that comes from it, they live from their passion while deeply respecting the land that welcomes them. It is on these principles of respect of the environment that they lead their vines, spread over thirty hectares. The domain is cultivated in a traditional way following the methods of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Conducted with precision since the beginning of their adventure, it is certified ECOCERT, guaranteeing the maintenance of the biodiversity of the domain and the high standards of the house wines. Finally, placing the property under the sign of the requirement and the quality, Château Carpe Diem is holder of the label Vigneron Indépendant which codes for the commitment of the wine growers in a responsible approach in the conduct of the vineyard.

Quality wines that reflect their terroir

Château Carpe Diem offers enthusiasts the opportunity to discover the wines of Provence through pure and elegant vintages, true reflections of their terroir. The two appellations on which the domain evolves give to the amateurs three vintages each, declined in the three colors. The AOP Côtes de Provence reveal wines with a very developed fruity side, both in white and in red, with sometimes citrus, peach and pear aromas, sometimes pronounced black fruit flavors. The AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence, on the other hand, are more complex and spicy wines with, for the white and red vintages, vanilla notes typical of the maturation in oak barrels. Finally, the house also offers a sparkling rosé wine to accompany aperitifs and desserts with elegance.

Finally, Château Carpe Diem is an ambassador for the region's wine tourism offer. On the one hand, the team of the house is at your disposal to welcome you in its vineyards, its cellar and its store to make you discover the secrets of the property.
