The winemaker

1900 Emile Bodin our great grandfather chose to become a winemaker in Cassis: he created the vineyard of Clos Val Bruyère. Almost a century later ... we decide to change their lives and revive Clos Val Bruyère. The same year we acquired Castle Barbanau whose cellar is abandoned and the entire crop sold to the cooperative since 1960. We restore the winery and develop our first vintage in 1989. OUR CONCEPT OF THE EARTH Since 1997, our passion for nature and wildlife led us to cultivate our land respecting the environment. The highlight with obtaining approval "Organic Farming" in 2008. AOC Côtes de Provence we produce white, rosé and red wines in two: • Instant - created in the spirit of fun, finesse, fruit and delicacies. • And Cae-Terra whose rosé is the delicacy and complexity. The red on wealth, the aging potential and depth.
