In a few words ...

After a very wet winter, which replenished the soil's water reserves, spring was very dry and relatively cool, enabling the vines to grow in very favorable and healthy conditions. At the beginning of June, August-like temperatures led to thunderstorms, which were good for the vines as they began to cry out for water. The dry, hot summer accelerated the ripening of the grapes. Harvesting began on August 31 with the Grenache and Cinsault rosés, and ended with the Mourvèdre on September 22. This 2015 cuvée received the prestigious "Best in Show" award in the Decanter World Wine Awards councours in 2016, in addition to its 96/100 rating.
