This choice allows the wines to retain their beautiful acidity and strong character, such as this spelndide "croix-picot", just between anjou and savennières "chamboureau". very fine 2016: lemon-yellow color with golden highlights, lovely mineral sensation on the nose, powerful, broad attack followed by a powerful mid-palate highlighted by lovely exotic notes, before a most persistent finish. 100% chenin. Schist terroirs. Aged on lees. Keeps for around ten years.
